I'm not into raw foods, but I know how healthy they are; add super foods to the mix and I had to take a peek. I am so glad I did as I have autoimmune issues, so I know these are good for me. Lots of good recipes here and I read each and every one, even if I didn't believe it could be done (Mini Meatloaf, Spaghetti, Pizza!).I have to say I found quite a few recipes I'm going to try as the author really pulled this off. I love fresh foods and had never thought of using some of these ingredients to make what she made... fudge, chili, mashed potatoes, carrot cake, etc. I love a good green smoothie, so I'll be using the blender this weekend! Highly recommended.

Good book
Loved this book and will be getting started on the recipes ASAP. Nicely set out and delicious eating tips, health wise in a yummy way.
If you wish to eat more raw foods or superfoods, this cookbook has a number of recipes that creatively use these foods. Some of the recipes in this cookbook include porridge, spaghetti, mushroom steaks, potato salad, fruit salad, sun tea, kale chips, sweet potato chips, and salsa. There are 60 recipes in all!
